My Approach

I believe healing happens in spaces where people feel emotionally safe, genuinely seen, and supported without judgment.

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and trauma informed. Together, we can begin to understand the experiences and patterns that have shaped you, while creating space for new ways of relating to yourself and the people you love.

I integrate trauma-informed care, EMDR, attachment-focused therapy, and nervous system awareness to support meaningful, lasting change. Therapy is not about fixing who you are. It is about helping you feel more connected to yourself, more secure in your relationships, and more at home in your own life.

You do not have to carry everything alone.
